Okay, so this is pretty complicated, so bear with me as I try to explain. I'm not sure where else to go and what else to Google, so I'm going to try this. As per the rules, I am from Georgia.
Basically, I have a rare genetic disease, and I'm in the process of applying for an indigent medical program near me. This particular program requires metric tons of documentation, and for the sake of this post, we'll focus on two documents in particular.
One document is a letter stating that I live with my roommates. The other document(s) are two utility bills that show my roommate's name and address to verify the contents of the notarized letter. I can figure out how to do one utility bill, but the others are prepaid/pay-as-you-go. My roommate insists that she literally just uses an app to top off when needed, and there's nowhere to get any kind of statement with her name and address on it.
So I called the program director and asked her what to do. She said that other people in the past with prepaid/pay-as-you-go accounts have submitted a statement with their name and address on it before, but she couldn't tell me how. She also told me that there is no way around it; I have to have both utility bills.
So my best bet at this point is to try and get a statement from my roommate's prepaid/pay-as-you-go AT&T account. But she insists that it's not possible, and trying to talk to her about it or suggest ways to find out is just making her mad and causing arguments. I can't call AT&T myself, because I'm not the account holder. And I don't see anything on the AT&T website. So I am coming to all of you for advice.
So, with all of that said, how can my roommate go into her AT&T prepaid account and find a statement that would have her name and address on it? I'm sorry if this is a really ignorant/stupid question. I've never used prepaid stuff or even AT&T in general, and it's not my account so I don't deal with it at all.
Thanks!
