I have been attempting to port out my number for over two weeks now. I finally found out that the issue was that I had to contact the fraud department and answer some security questions. The questions turned out to be very odd, most not pertaining to me. I apparently did not answer them to their liking as they did not approve my request for porting out my number. They also became very rude at this point when I asked any questions as to why I was unable to get this done or if there was any other way to get this resolved. I also did a follow up call to see how these questions are generated, as I was wondering if they had potentially pulled my credit without my consent. Again, very rude and and no answers. This is part o the reason I am switching, how many times do I have to verify myself to other departments before I get denied by this department?
