Currently if you pay for AT&T Fiber, DirecTV, & Prepaid AT&T Mobile, each service is its own website for payment, statements, and direct usage.
ATT.com tries to provide a dashboard but it's a perfunctory redirect if you're using DirecTV & Prepaid.
I don't know who in I.T., Ops, and Strategic management need to hear this, but you guys need to stop Siloing products & services. It's incredibly inconvenient for the customer.
If I want statements for any of these accounts I have to go through seperate login portals. If I want to modify autopayment information its the same situation.
Additionally, ATT.com lets me autodraft my bank but Directv forces me through a Paypal portal.
Please, get it together guys.
