I have the asrock a320m-hdv r4.0 and I cannot update the bios. It keeps saying no image file detected. I made sure the USB is formatted correctly, and I even tried with multiple version of the bios. I'm currently on p2.0. I genuinely don't know what to do. I need to figure out how to update it so I can upgrade my ryzen 5 2600 to a ryzen 7 5700x, but I can't do that unless I update my bios. Most files say no image file detected. There was one version I tried that recognized the file from instant flash but it said invalid file or something. Yes i extracted it to the USB, nothing else on it. I've used this USB recently to upgrade another bios so I don't understand why I'm having issues with this asrock board. Please help ://

Ok so I managed go get 2.10 and 2.30 installed. Only now, after updating to 2.30 I have a black screen and no signal. What now?
