AITAH for renaming my friend's cat from Ash to Ashhole

My friend has this cat with no tail. It is super skittish and runs away from everyone, except when you point at him. The he will come to you and accept getting some pats in. The problem with Ash (that’s the cats old name btw) is his temperament is so ever changing. One day you can pet him till he drools on you and two minutes later he attacks you. So I now lovingly call him Ashhole and it’s kinda stuck. My 55 yo female has caught herself calling him Ashhole and she gets a little miffed at me for changing her cats name. And to be honest, the cat will now come up to you if you call him Ashhole.
