Post Body

I was casually diagnosed with ADD a few years back. And by casually I mean I brought up my concerns to my doctor who had me take a test, nod and give me a prescription that I had to stop filling because I had to physically go in to get a written prescription every time and they are 40 minutes away.

Anyways, I lieu of the pandemic and healthcare providers being strapped I have tried to look into natural alternatives for myself with my struggles. But my biggest issue is my sleep and I always figured it was my depression but then I stumbled across this.

I have had so many times of where I just feel asleep I thought I was narcoleptic. I have literally fallen asleep immediately at an Arcade, or when watching something and no matter how hard I try I can't get back around.

Then other times I am so focused I refuse to sleep because I'm obsessed.

Have any of you experienced this?
