Therapist thinks I don't have ADHD because I'm "too good in school".
Post Body

I went to a therapist and the first session made me feel really down.
She didn't acknowledge most of what I was saying. I asked her for help and she told me I should stop being on my phone so much, if I want to be able to concentrate :(. Moreover she didn't believe I have Adhd because I'm too good at school and in general I felt very unheard.
How could I explain to her that the situation is very serious and that it won't go away just by stopping to use my phone?
