Hey all. I'm recently diagnosed as ADHD inattentive, but one thing I have always struggled with is lack of motivation for exercise. I work from home 99% of the time, and sometimes only do maybe 10000 steps in a week, just wandering around my apartment. I just can't be bothered to go out, or do anything resembling exercise. I just have no desire. Perhaps the new meds I am on will help, but so far I assume they are not strong enough, as I still have no enthusiasm.
Do you have any random tips to get me moving please?
I'm over 50, so go gentle please.
