Those who are on medication, does it help with feeling less flustered all of the time?
Post Body

Hello, I am recently diagnosed as ā€œunspecifiedā€ ADHD. 34F. Unmedicated. I am on the fence about trying meds because my husband and I are trying for a family so I donā€™t really want to introduce a medication right now but I am considering it more.

I get flustered easy at small things even if itā€™s things I know how to deal with. Minor annoyances and inconveniences. I feel I get too reactive and then need time to calm down. Iā€™m wondering if this is something medication would help with.
