Hello everyone

I am looking for information or books for my wife to read about being with someone who has ADHD.

I was diagnosed back in 2021 at the age of 29. I didn't really understand I had ADHD till end of 2022. My wife and I were together for 3 years and freshly married when I realized that my ADHD was out of control. I started taking medication this year.

My wife is still trying to understand how ADHD works. She is autistic so sometimes it is hard for understand why some things are more of a struggle with me.

I was wondering if there is any information she can read. Whether it be online or in book form. She loves to read so a big would be a big help. Just so she can mainly understand how to be a partner with ADHD.
