Getting migraines every day all of a sudden on meds I’ve taken for over a year, need advice

I’ve been taking Azstarys for a little over a year now and it’s been able to help out a lot with my ADHD and while headaches were a semi common occurrence it was usually due to me not hydrating or eating during the day.

For the past month or so I’ve started to have chronic migraines in the middle of the day and I can’t figure out why. Trying to solve the issue I’ve been drinking water like crazy, started taking vitamins a couple days ago and still get debilitating headaches that make it hard to function. It’s been really depressing as it’s hard to remember or focus on things with headaches like this that pain meds don’t solve.

I recently moved in with my girlfriend and she’s vegan so I haven’t been eating meat or dairy as much now (I still eat it multiple times a week). I also went down in dosage around the beginning of this year after being on a high dose for a year and while this lower dose wears off earlier, it never gave me headaches like this before.

I’m starting to feel hopeless and getting worried I might have to switch meds even though this used to really work with me. Is there anything that could explain these headaches?
