So ive been diagnosed since the age of 7 with ADHD and just had my reevaluation at the age of 20 and to no surprise still have ADHD. I did Ritalin when i was younger for 4 years and HATED it. i was skin and bones and had no personality or emotion. The lady i just talked with a moment ago is putting me on Concentra. I’ve never heard of this drug or know anyone in my personal life who has used it. Anyone here have any experience as to what i can expect?

also if anyone here does partake in “gardening” 🍃 pls lmk how the affect is with that since i’ve seen that the combination of 🍃 and adderall can cause psychosis and paranoia
