Do you ever “forget” or move on too fast from feelings or events?

Post Body

I always feel like when i’m upset or crying over something valid or not, i end up getting distracted by something and my mood changes. it’s hard sometimes to remind myself “no i’m upset about this and i should be” i’m a chronic people pleaser and maybe that’s just it but i always seem to “distract” myself away from what i’m feeling or thinking so i’m thinking it’s the ADHD messing around in my head. But still very frustrating when i should be upset, yet…. very nice when you want to “move on” from something. blessing and a cures i suppose.
