Recently diagnosed with ADHD, on top of my previous diagnoses of bipolar and anxiety.. yesterday, my roommate told me they didn’t want to be around because of my negativity, which understandable, but also didn’t ask why I’m so down. I know it’s not their responsibility, but it would’ve made me not feel like such a burden. I’m not even trying to be negative, I’m just numb. But I guess I’ll continue to suppress my feelings and emotions, and hope therapy (starting in a couple weeks) helps.
Does anyone else have friends or family that has pointed out your negativity and them not wanting to be around you?
