Very Nervous About Getting Back on Strattera (Fear of bad side effects)

Post Body

FYI I have health/heart anxiety along with depression, agorpahobia, GERD, and IBS

I am prone to alot of sinus tachycardia and skipped beats especially when my GI stuff is acting up bad plus left over brain fog and dizziness from COVID

I desperately need to get back on medication for my ADHD as ED has mad day to day functioning and self starting my own business nearly impossible. Avoiding stimulants due to the shortages and my anxiety....so getting back on Straterra which I recall helped me quite a bit back in 2004-2007

My cardiologist cleared me on any arrhythmias so heart wise should be safe to start on 40 mg and see if the dose needs tweaking from there.

I'm 32F 195lbs and 5'6'' wondering if 40 mg might even be too high to start? I would rather feel no effect than too much of a bad effect and titrate up from there.

My health anxiety is telling me that my heart is going to go crazy, I'm going to feel sick to my stomach, and dizzy like pass out dizzy when I start.

What were your experiences on it when starting and the general timeline for improvement if there was any?
