Now, even though I am the child of a Filipina woman who purposely married a westerner to escape the Philippines & help her family - I am by no means an expert on this. I can only relate with my own experience.

That being said, I feel while Sheila says on one hand that she’s not after David’s money, yet in the same breath, realises he might not have enough money to support her & her kid - is a tad hypocritical.

I feel Sheila should have been upfront with David from the start and admitted yes, she is looking for financial support - whether that be continuous remittances or moving to the US, she should have laid all her cards out.

I’m sure if it’s not David, there would’ve been someone else willing to support her financially (Take Rose & her new dude for example).
