Hi all,
I had an idea to build a PC whose main set up is to be one who reduces the enemy spell saves.
I am aware of eloquence bard , star druid, Shadow sorcerer, wild magic sorcerer, chronurgy wizard, portent wizard, bane and silvery barbs.
What i needed help with was what is the best combination of these (or more options I am not aware of but I am not counting magical items as they aren't guaranteed) to make an effective build to reduce enemy saving throws and cause damage or conditions on enemys.
I was hoping for a build that doesn't blow through all their resources in one fight or in two rounds so that's what I am struggling with.
I thought of summoning hound of ill omen and then throwing eloquence bard to reduce the saving throw further with silvery barbs as back up but I just blow through the Sorcery Points like wind.
Is there an efficient set up that can reduce their saving throw as much as possible whilst STILL keeping them with enough resources throughout the day for other encounters both rp or combat?
