Can you recommend me a new extruder and hotend?

Okay, so I have a cr-10 and I purchased a dual drive extruder and all metal hotend from triangle labs. And the extruder won’t stop slipping. (trust me I tried everything) and I realized I don’t like metal hotends because I only use Petg, Pla, and TPU. Not much of a need for that hotend. Just please leave me the best recommendations on what to buy... that won’t give me troubles and actually improve print quality.
