Troubleshooting

Decided to try my hand at 3D printing. Did research before starting and got a second ya D ended 3 v2. I did the levels and auto levelling. I did my x axis and bought petg from Amazon (probably a big mistake)

I have the printer set up in my basement (slightly chilly also probably also a problem.

So onto the big problem, when I try to print stuff my printer head will snag on stuff and when it goes to do the second layer the filament doesn’t seem to want to stick to the first layer.

Any advice would be appreciated!
