I need some good free programs to get rid of malware and other junk.

I know that I need more than 1 to find all or most of the junk. I have Malwarebytes and an outdated version of ADWCleaner (won't work unless I update it). I haven't updated ADWCleaner because it always links me to a page in a language I don't know. I've tried to find a way to uninstall it, but it won't show up when I go to the control panel to uninstall it.

So I need some good free programs to find junk.

If anyone can help me with deleting ADWCleaner, I would really appreciate it.
