I was outback talking with my neighbor's wife today. We chatted about the usual, the weather, the kids etc. We then started to chat about how we both came to the conclusion of living a life with traditional gender roles. Both of the wives stay at home and both of our relationships have bdsm mixed in. Even though my neighbors and my wife and I are vastly different people we came to the same conclusion. That this life was correct for us.

They're roughly 20 years older then us She's originally from Saudi Arabia They're kids are almost done school Some of ours haven't started yet He works a factory job, I work sales They love to garden, we are learning to not kill the plants.

Yet despite a million differences we get along, we respect each other's house rules and their one daughter will watch our kids when we do date night. On the surface we shouldn't have anything in common with our neighbors, yet through lifestyle choices for each our own reasons we came to the same conclusion. And luckily we are able to just pass gifts and food right over the fence, and thankfully both women cook so well.
