I have adopted a lot of what Gary speaks on, and what the company was founded on. It’s my belief after buying tests for myself and some family members that the company was started with good info and good intentions and unfortunately was not equipped to handle such a rapid scale. I ordered tests back in NOV have received results on one of the three but not sure which of us is actually represented by the results. The email with the file has one name while the actual pdf test result has another. The other two they claim to have switched and have told me three times now they are sending replacements. I have asked for a refund and have thus far been ignored.
